"Arginase 1 (Arg1) is a key enzyme in the cycle and can metabolize arginine as ornithine. WB results showed that the content of Arg1 in the lung tissue of mice induced by BLM was significantly increased, and TL can significantly inhibit the expression of arginase 1(Arg1), argininosuccinate synthase (ASS1), carbamoyl phosphate synthase (CPS1) and ornithine carbamoyl transferase (OTC)."
